I do both vtubing and IRL content. I like to play games, draw, talk about random things, and also just overall react to things. Vtubing means I am using a vtuber model or a character instead of showing my face to the camera as it is easier to balance with my current full time job.

This video has been a long time coming and I have procrastinated making it a lot. Thinking about the work that comes with editing really makes me not want to do it, but I managed to make some adjustments in my workflow and get used to editing some short clips for tiktok here and there that this one didn’t really seem that bad to sit down and do.
I wanted to start my content with this one for social media because I think all future videos might spark a curiosity from people be it from youtube, tiktok, twitch, instagram, twitter, and other websites I may be active in. Because of this, I felt like I couldn’t work on other projects or upload at all and I’ve been stuck with just streaming and thinking, “Ah, I need to do this”.
Then one day, I just did.
I got fed up with it looming at the back of my head, and I see people around me saying they will do something then proceeds to not do it despite them expressing a huge interest about the said activity. It frustrates me seeing them like this but then I looked in the mirror and I realized, “hey, you’re like that, too like wdym frustrated”. I realized, “you know what? you right” and tried my hand on editing this one.
Frankly, I think it is the fear of editing and putting my stuff out there which is the reason why I rarely (if I even) post a video the whole time I have been streaming. Thoughts like, “No one will watch it”, “Why bother”, “It’s cringe” kind of always go into my head but then I watched this one tiktok video. To sum it up: “If you ever think/someone asks why do it? why film that video? why post it? why do this? why do that? Just answer, why not?”
It’s such a simple take but it made me realize, why do I even care when it is pretty fun to do and I enjoy the process. It’s mainly for me to have something to look back into if I make it to an older age–to get reminded that during this time, I was able to meet a lot of people who shared their time with me and I get to experience life in a way where I get to hangout and play things that our current advancement in technology allows us to.
So I made this video. It’s not much, but it definitely means a lot to me. It’s a reminder that I can do something if I just took some time to sit down and stop thinking, just do it.
This text has nothing to do with the content of the video at all haha but it is more so my thought process. I do intend to make a video regarding what is written in this post at some point that some people might think they are alone in thinking, or just maybe to help others get out of that moment they freeze and not do something they want be it: working out, doing a hobby, going after their dream job, etc.
With this video, I realize it isn’t that serious and to just post things. From here on out, I do hope to be more consistent with the updates and posts. I’ve also decided to do a weekly recap in the discord like this message here to summarize what I did and help me look back to if I procrastinate so much that week and to make it easier for those interested in staying tune to see what I managed to do that week.
I’m still figuring out how to implement it in this website, but for now an idea will be a weekly email to people: Newsletter here where I send these updates to people’s emails weekly despite them not being in the discord or using the app so they get up to date with the contents of the server
